Great bank, horrible app
Never had issues with them in the past, and been with them my entire life just about. Experience in bank is friendly, but I have to ask: who is designing these apps?? I used to cash checks in the app for school a few times a week before covid hit, even cashed some during covid, had issues saying “the size is different, the edges can’t be seen (even though they’re clearly visible)”, but in the past I’d eventually get it. This latest update, same issues but worse. Took at least 40-50 tries to get it to cash in app, only to hit submit and get an error message with no explanation of why there was an error. Had to drive to my local ESL ATM just to cash it. You hire fantastic people for face-to-face banking, I’ll give you props for that. But whoever you hired for your apps, that entire staff should be replaced with people who can actually build a user friendly app. Harsh I know, but man this app gets worse with every update! Again, your people in bank get 5 stars, phenomenal staff, but your app is just the absolute worst!
