Forget password is not working

It is astonishing how bad this application is. Never thought we could have such low quality and user experience.

I’m switching to a new phone, and now I can’t login, And forgot password always show the error that there is a connectivity issue!

I expected it to be better .. I paid for the annual subscription renewal.. I got a message that the money has been withdrawn.. but I didn’t get a receipt and I can’t find a way to follow my request in addition to that I didn’t get a certain date to receive my new card .. nothing to do just to wait and hope that my money isn’t gone.

تطبيق سيء جدااااااا .. انا جددت اشتراك النقابة منه وبعد ٣ شهور لم يصلني الكارنيه توجهت لمقر النقابة تبين عدم التجديد مع اني معايا ايصال الدفع .. واضطريت للدفع مرة اخرى .. انصح بعدم تجديد الاشتراك والرعاية الصحية منه والتوجه لمقر النقابة للتجديد فقط .. سيء جدا ولم انصح به ف التعاملات المالية 😡

كل ما أعمل حاجة ع التطبيق بيطلع بره التطبيق و يرجع للشاشة الرئيسية للتليفون.
