Essentrics TV

I love to start my mornings doing Essentrics this app makes it so easy, I just need to peak the workout for the day and connect to my TV.

Essentrics TV exercise routines are so helpful as the body changes day to day. There are always new exercises. I am learning and implementing into my daily life. Even when I awake during the night, I am doing some eccentric exercises to loosen up.

My husband and I have enjoyed doing the Essentrics, Aging Backwards and Classical Stretch workouts for over six months now. We both see and feel the results quickly and they are fun to do! I will continue with these workouts forever. Thank you Miranda and Team!

I started with a trial and fell in love with Miranda, with her sweet spirit, deep knowledge, and way of letting me know not only what to do but how and WHY... but today I did a live class with Amanda and it was also fabulous. She had designed the 30 minute (perfect length!) workout with her dad’s low back pain in mind...and boy did that work well for me! I was also really happy (in a weird way) that it’s her neck that bothers her, because I’m dealing with neck pain and what she showed us actually kind of life changing. I LOVE Essentrics and am super glad I have it in my life!

There’s nothing better than feeling like you are sitting up straight. This has been amazing for my posture which has helped my confidence too! I also feel strong, loose in my muscles and toned.

I love Essentrics I especially love Sahra and Gail’s workouts! I enjoy that Gail chooses great music and you can actually hear it. Sahra usually has her music at a good volume too but could use updating. Also can you add more exercises for triceps please? I do think the the music needs to be updated and turned up. Rather the music is classical or more current it definitely needs some new songs and higher volume. I’ve been doing Essentrics for years and think your workouts are wonderful. I do miss seeing the beach workouts though. Me and my hubby sure would love to see some new backgrounds esp the beach or outdoors. I’d absolutely love new music some up beat fun songs. Gail usually has good songs. When you workout daily the music becomes so monotonous. Thank you guys for continued excellent healing, strengthening and slimming workouts!

Essentrics feels amazing and works all those smaller muscles we ignore until we have an injury. Now when people share things with me they learned at physical therapy, it’s often something I’ve already learned on Essentrics TV! I love that I can do these exercises through my 80’s!

I have been using Essentrics for about two years now. I have never done any other exercise/stretch program that makes me feel as good. I am 58 and the program is ideal for young people, but it life changing for those who desire to keep moving easily as they age. I can’t recommend it enough.
