I love these workouts which are very different to any other workout I’ve done. They really make a difference.

I have had annoying though minor lower back pain for the past couple of months. The pain has made it difficult to get to sleep at night and made certain movements uncomfortable during the day. I have done Mirandas’s back pain sessions for 10 days, pain gone. I like that Miranda explains the benefits of each movement.

Only been doing the exercises for about two weeks now and enjoying them. Walked the shopping centre the other day and for the first time in a long time didn’t arrive home with an aching lower back. Excited to feel more improvements. A few more angles of the exercises would be helpful to make sure all my body is in correct position. Great value for the number of different exercise routines you can access. In live in Australia so very few in person classes here.

I’ve been doing regular Essentrics for 2 years now and can’t rate it high enough. The method is fabulous and the instructors clear and professional. It’s a very new form of exercise for me given I’ve been a high energy, competitive exerciser most of my life. This has been liberating both physically and mentally.

Essentrics TV exercise routines are so helpful as the body changes day to day. There are always new exercises. I am learning and implementing into my daily life. Even when I awake during the night, I am doing some eccentric exercises to loosen up.

My husband and I have enjoyed doing the Essentrics, Aging Backwards and Classical Stretch workouts for over six months now. We both see and feel the results quickly and they are fun to do! I will continue with these workouts forever. Thank you Miranda and Team!

I started with a trial and fell in love with Miranda, with her sweet spirit, deep knowledge, and way of letting me know not only what to do but how and WHY... but today I did a live class with Amanda and it was also fabulous. She had designed the 30 minute (perfect length!) workout with her dad’s low back pain in mind...and boy did that work well for me! I was also really happy (in a weird way) that it’s her neck that bothers her, because I’m dealing with neck pain and what she showed us actually kind of life changing. I LOVE Essentrics and am super glad I have it in my life!
