App is very slow, also crashed when trying to transfer ShebaMiles. Definitively needs work

Ich wollte mich das Datum meines Flugticket ändern und der App funktioniert nicht. Ich habe versucht die Kundendienst per Email und per Anruf zu erreichen aber keiner antwortet. Das erste und das letzte Mal, dass ich bei denen mein Ticket kaufe. Ich habe mich richtig bereut. Ich würde nicht empfehlen. Man fühlt sich wirklich hilflos.

If you select meal preferences an error occurs “invalide phone no, or too young” just nothing you can influence… The seat selection is strange, you have to enter Credit card but the price does seam like you have to pay the amount again or the ticket price… Weird experience

Opening the app I get a message requesting to upgrade to continue to use app. When I get into Apple Store there is no update. So I can’t use the app. What to do??

First trip with Ethiopian Airlines and never ever again! The staff is absolutely useless not trained at all (forgot to service several rows during the flight) and lots of onboard facilities are out of order like the entertainment screens, the toilets were even out of order and several backstage storages.

This is by far the worst experience I ever had with any airline on this planet. The app nor the website are working. Random errors. Multiple bookings from by bank account… stay away from Ethiopian Airlines!

With almost daily flights to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to have no German Language option very poor performance ET, you have already lost customers, especially with these high prices and low performance is a bad combination…

Imagine being the biggest Airline in African and having this unusable thing for an app. Cmon ET, get something better. The pricing is terrible, the loading time is terrible, doesn’t have a proper payment option, and the customer support guys don’t know what they are doing.

The flight I am supposed to totale today in the evening is being shown as a past booking. I also cannot make year selection or perform an online check-in. The app takes ages to load every single thing... so all in all no real benefit / usage of having this app.

The App prompts to install a newer version (requires v1.2), although the most current version is installed (1.4). Crash when trying to add the Membership-card to the Wallet. (iOS 12.1.4 /XS Max)
