Impossible de payer avec la carte Mastercard

Purtroppo l’app è lentissima e in più avevo preso dei posti a sedere che mi sono stati cambiati in fase di check in.

I cannot recommend this app because it’s working really slow, crashes from time to time, forwards you on the website, has limited options, unclear what information they store, not helpful. Better stick to more professional providers if possible.

Always gets stuck at “ENTER GENDER FOR PSGR” Fellow travellers had the same problem. This renders the app useless.

Que cela soit pour la réservation ou pour faire son check-in, l’app Ethiopian fonctionne super bien et de manière idéale et rapide. Sauvegarde possible et 100% paperless.

I spent so much time on the app, website and phone trying to change seats according to the seat map which shows available seats. After payment apparently did not go through (processing for hours) we still ended up with seats not next to each other on the long-haul flights. What a waste of time!

This App is a joke. I need to fly to Ethiopia and wanted this airline. Booking was impossible. If the app is more than useless, I cant imagine the Airline. Non stop bugs, such as “to many requests”. You need to try several times, till even flights come to choose. No thanks, lesson learned

Until six month ago the app was great, now ET does obviously not care anymore. I wrote to them, no improvements...

The app is consistently full of bugs and many functions are not working well. I wish Ethiopian would invest in a proper functioning mobile and web interface
