The only problem that I face (but very very important) is that the app doesn’t show me live views or the events. And I am sure that it is not connection problems because I can see live view through Home app that iPhone has.

New update but iphone with 2 sims dont work again. So bad app and dont worth the money
Too disappointed after spending lots of money. System totally unreliable from the start , tried updating app ios homebase cameras eveything. Same annoying message 'camera offline' after working for some days or hours almost next to homebase and min maxing distances. Keeps disconnecting and needs mounting/unmounting to sync again cameras.Check forums almost everyone has issues the last 3 years with their products. Try another brand maybe tapo or foscam hikvision not a single disconnect in same network.
The application does not work on iPhone 12 iOS when two SIM cards are used, unless you disable one of them. It only works on WiFi. This is happening many years now and they don’t fix it. Pleas at Least fix that!
I think in the current version you lost the “Back” button/arrow when watching a stored video! There is no way to get back to the menu and you need to close and reopen the app!!!
Cameras are ok, but app quality is very bad. Many times the app refuses to connect to cameras unless the iOS (iPhone or iPad) is rebooted. Latest version now suddenly does not recognize my registered email and does not open (even after reinstall).
Add widget for live view to lock screeeeeeaaann come on guys! Also please stop stealing our data 🫶🏻
After the last upgrade doesn’t zoom the picture in small size.
Totally unreliable camera system. I have over 30 false alerts every day from branches, dogs, cats, birds or even shadows. I just don’t pay attention to them anymore so the cameras are useless. At night it is even worse because some genius thought that it is better for the cameras to record every motion and not only human motion and you can’t change that.
