Added a booking to my profile on the app and it keeps freezing
They ask you to check in using their app. However the app is non responsive and slow. The online check in does not work, it seems the app is faulty!
I booked an 8seater today with a Europcar Reservation Specialist over the phone (General reservation Number) & my booking was confirmed. Contacted Milperra to advise I may need to pick up the vehicle earlier where the lady staff member said sorry it’s not available & that only a 7seater was available instead (pathetic) Clearly the Reservation Representative has access to all depots available vehicles so it really doesn’t make sense to me why she wasn’t able to advise the vehicle I was after was not available according to their system. Then to top it off, the Milperra staff member said she tried calling me, when I hadn’t received a call or missed call from her. I’m extremely annoyed & strongly don’t recommend MILPERRA EUROPCARS
When I tap on retrieve bookings it comes up with an error message “oops something went wrong “ I enter reservation no. and it says they don’t exist? If I log in online they appear on my profile?
I hired a car for three days from the Airport branch in Adelaide. I returned the car on the day I was supposed to, and I gave the staff member the key and looked at her in her eyes as I said goodbye. Three days later, I found out that they were charging me for six days. I have sent them my boarding pass as proof that I wasn’t even in SA on the days they claimed I still had the car. They also are refusing to look at CCTV. I don’t know what dodgy activity is underneath all of this, but avoid them!
Wow this app is soooo bad registration process is rubbish and what’s more you just can’t register to save yourself, keeps getting an error on the final stage, tried so many times that I give up!
This app and the Europcar account management portion of their website are equal levels of excruciating. Multiple bookings have not been added to my account on the app despite being available on the website. You get an error when you access the booking page AND when you try to import bookings. You also can’t contact support from the app as you get an error message. But don’t worry, they’ll still send you daily marketing emails in the days leading up to the booking to try to get you to use their terrible app.
I'm trying really hard to give them my money to hire a car, but the app just continually gives error messages at the end of the process.
This app didn’t deliver. After being pushed the download it the app didn’t recognise the booking. Subsequently I couldn’t check in and actually wasted time trying this several times. Was told by the app the booking number isn’t recorded. When travelling this is something you don’t need.
Downloaded app to supposedly save time. Couldn’t enter a birth date and app wouldn’t accept issue date of drivers license. Complete waste of time.
