Impossible de se connecter le matin pour s’enregistrer et obliger l’après-midi de payer 30 € au comptoir !!!!!sans être prévenu avant sur la réservation !!! C’est honteux !!

La veille de mon voyage je souhaite enregistrer mon billet sur une autre compagnie qui me dirige vers Eurowings pour faire l'enregistrement de mon billet. Je remplis alors mon numéro de commande puis mon nom pour pouvoir m'enregistrer et la ca me connecte et m'envoie vers une page blanche ou y a simplement écrit "siège et coordonnées" puis ca me renvoie au menu automatiquement et a chaque fois que j'arrive sur cette page. Plus que stressant de ne pas pouvoir s'enregistrer a l'avance pour ma part.

A quand une traduction en français de votre application ???
appli pas au point
je déconseille fortement , le début de l’appli est en anglais, jusque là normal. Ensuite au fil de votre réservation cela passe en allemand est il faut se débrouiller avec ça pour essayer de réserver . Il est beaucoup simple de réserver sur leur site internet qui est en Français du début à la fin de l’opération.

L’appli est bonne mais beaucoup de pages en allemand. Possible d’avoir en anglais voire français s’il vous plaît ? Merci
