I just downloaded the game like four hours ago, and ever since I’ve been trying to create my character but all i get is “ protocol error”

So i play eve on pc normally but i recently started to try it out on mobile aswell seems okay i love it but sadly its a bit buggy you cant even get past the combat training without it bugging out and you can’t continue the game…PLEASE FIX THIS

The museum Arcana freezes using iPad on certain items you try hand over, the latest update gives you a download option in game, which causes the game not to load at all so I’ve had to delete, hope the complete new download fixes it

So, I’ve been playing this game for about straight 10 days and I really enjoy it. I’m not the type to go into null-sec or low-sec. I prefer staying safe in high-sec mining. However I’ve mined a total of 50 +- trips back and forth in the time period of my account that I started to try and get my funds (isk) growing... Since all I want is a battleship that means I will have to grind to get it. But as soon as I was doing repetitive stuff (mining Scordite back and forth) I get reported for cheating (Botting) for those of you who have iPhones... You know how close to impossible it is to “Jailbreak” the phone in order for me to be even cheating in the first place never mind having to create some type of software to cheat. My account was banned based on statistics alone. Which to them was “Sufficient” evidence that I was cheating. Customer service can’t and won’t help you. Which honestly to me is just a huge letdown to lose 10 days of progress on a game I actually enjoyed playing (even if it’s grindy) The community is helpful. So if you want to play it go for it. But be prepared to lose your account at any moment. Based on statistics that are skewed for no reason whatsoever. So if you feel like that won’t bother you, go ahead. (Yes I showed them proof my phone was not tampered with and that I was actually playing on screen and not using bluestacks or any other device. They completely don’t care and don’t have any actual way of verifying through a hardware detection like VAC does on PC. It’s all based on statistics of what the average player does and considering I made a spreadsheet of what is the most efficient way to earn isk (safest and quickest being to mine Scordite you get around +- 0.8million per hour from my calculations) ... all in all I’m just venting but screw them for just disabling my account without any ACTUAL evidence other than Statistics of what a normal player would play like. That’s why the 2 stars

The game stops on the first combat tutorial all the time

I just got the game yesterday and the game already glitches on the first practice battle and nothing works so then I can’t play. Please fix so I can play the game.

I know this is probably a bad suggestion to the game, but I wanted to give one anyway. My suggestion would be a way to speed up tech leveling. The one way you could speed up tech leveling is by adding a new kind fo skill points, advanced skill points. Advanced skill points are only obtained by converting 100,000 skill points into 1 advanced skill point. One advanced skill point would subtract tech level time by one second. I know this is kind of a bad suggestion, and even if this is added in the game, I dont think people would use it much. I made the skill point price high so people dont abuse it. Also it would show us who’s completely committed to leveling their tech level as fast as possible. P.S: If you fo end up adding this to the game, I would deeply appreciate a shout out for my channel, im a small youtuber with 19 subscribers. Sincerely, BerzerkgamerYT

Customer service is 18+ months late on delivery of rewards for *multiple* in game contests. They are now doing the runaround in order to deny earned rewards. The game itself is fun.

Not sure how they are doing business in America . They break several laws every day including invading American privacy and cyberstalking Americans . The game is rigged..it is complete false advertisement..is not a sandbox game..the game has a ton of netease associate that runs the bigs alliances and create content for people. One of the many problems this game has is these people abuse their positions and it ruins the game. That is really scratching the surface…do not play this game…steer clear..unless you want to support a corrupt Chinese company that regularly harasses, discriminates against, and stalks its own customers in order to milk them dry of more money..DO NOT PLAY , also the group that primarily plays are older folks and lgbt , the creeps of both communities. Stalkers/trolls. DO NOT PLAY
