I paid for a subscription. Every single time I tried to access the app for the last few weeks of my subscription, the loading screen would not go away. It was a complete waste of my money unfortunately.

I paid for a subscription. Every single time I tried to access the app for the last few weeks of my subscription, the loading screen would not go away. It was a complete waste of my money unfortunately.
I’ve subscribed to Every Mother for multiple years and have used it on and off. First, I’ll say that I have learned a lot, and in the times I was more consistent with the workouts, I definitely saw results. Particularly, when I was going through a period of seeing a physical therapist for overactive pelvic floor, I found the program for this on Every Mother really helpful. However… I always have found the workouts to be repetitive and monotonous. I’ve done home/app/video workouts for my entire adult life, and I’d say this is one of the more boring systems I’ve used. Additionally, the way that the workouts are organized in the app, it’s really hard to find specific workouts if you don’t have the time to put in to follow a full plan (20-40 minutes a day, every day). I often prefer to do standalone workouts that fit with the time I have available, but the user interface makes it difficult to find what I’m looking for. Overall, a great app if you can stay motivated to use it. Personally, I’ve moved to other programs that are more interesting and motivating.
There are a few reasons why I only gave the app 3 stars and that’s because I’m comparing it to other exercise apps I’ve used. First, the workout variety is ok. However, there’s very little modifications demonstrated or even talked about. I would definitely not recommend this app for someone who’s entirely new to exercise and not aware of modifications. And really once you heal DR and strengthen your core you kind of move past the limits of the programs from what I can tell. Second, the repetitiveness of the vocal prompts is honestly quite annoying. I’ll have a few like “tight, tighter” and “ha, haaaa” probably stuck in the recesses of my mind for eternity. I mean there’s only so many ways you can phrase things. That could just be a me problem. But it would be nice to be able to mute the prompts in some videos where you do the same thing daily like the core compressions. Third, there’s not an easy way to fast forward or rewind using the phone. As a postpartum mom, I often need to pause in the middle of my workouts to check on a kid or baby and this tiny thing could make a huge accessibility difference. Overall, I like the program. I’m only 30 days in but I’m noticing differences. I just wish there were small changes and it’s definitely a niche for exercise. That’s why I rated it a 3 - just I know other programs start you off healing pelvic floor and core and then further expand with more variety. For its niche though I would rate it a 4.
It’s been five years since my youngest was born and my separated tummy muscles gave me such a large pouch people asked me if I was pregnant again. This app is so easy to use. I’ve gone through so many of the programs, which completely helped guide me with gentle workouts that knitted my muscles together again! What wasn’t prepared for was the tighten butt and stronger legs! I’ve continued for a whole year and plan on continuing to strengthen my core.
Used these programs from 2-8 months post-partum and they helped me regain my strength, core, and confidence as a new mom. Cant recommend enough!
This program is completely worth the cost if you are looking to strengthen your core and/or pelvic area after childbirth. The instruction is gentle and very specific to keep the movements safe and effective. There are different instructors, which adds variety- it’s on the level of going to PT, but for me even more informative.
Hi, I love this program and have found it extremely helpful. I have resolved my DR thanks to it and other pelvic floor issues! I would love if you could add the ability to bookmark or save workout videos. I like to add in some of the core workouts to my current path and it’s cumbersome to scroll through them all to get to the OPF videos each time I want to use them. Thanks again!
I’m on week 6 of my guided path and have almost completely healed my DR. My cores shape has changed drastically compared to day 1. I also have regained muscle tone, flexibility and overall feel better. I love that the workouts are short modules they are easy to work into my busy schedule.
Not satisfied with the app. There should absolutely be a one or two day trial to see the work outs. Half the people would opt out and not spend the money. Would not recommend.
The app is fine, but the renewal process is predatory. I recommend canceling the service after your initial purchase to avoid years of additional fees.
