Everyman

Shockingly bad app if you are a member of Everyman as there is no way to book member tickets or bundles etc Ridiculous

As an Everyman member for the last three years, the app every year has had issues with renewing membership, and this has not been resolved despite reporting the issues, and that is not just me but friends too. Furthermore the Everyman membership direct number was not available, and every email sent was ignored. I’m a member because my local cinema is an Everyman, and the cinemas are great, but the dire customer service and app issues results in little loyalty to the organisation.

Old app was flaky. The new app is robust but it’s more clicks to do what you want, ie what is on today at cinema X than it was before.

This revised app is not very user friendly! Can’t understand why it was changed as now it’s a real headache to navigate!

Former version of app much more user friendly and easier to use.

Using the app is fine until I pay for a ticket and every time I try to book seats I don’t get a confirmation email so it takes my money but it doesn’t email my tickets.

Since the recent change the Everyman app on both devices no longer works

Your old app was much better. This new version is very hard to navigate. Please improve it! If you want to see what is on at your local cinema by day it’s nearly impossible, you have to go by what’s showing! A day by day layout with movies showing and times would be brilliant!

I’m getting better used to it but it’s not the easiest app to use. I know the old one broke down a lot but its quite sensitive and I keep unclicking my favourite venues
