Member sign in - the typing screen will not drop down to allow you to press the sign in button once you add pawword. Simple issue please correct 👍
Where are the tickets?? I became a member, booked the tickets and now have no idea where the tickets are.
Everyman everywhere member but booking on the app is so painful and sometimes just does not work I can’t actually go to the cinema. The reason I got an everywhere membership is because I work long hours and need to book whenever I have time but I would say over 50% of the time the app does not work and then calling the membership line you can only do within my working hours so it’s pants. Fix it!! Please 🙏
I can never get this app to function. It never saves my membership details and often fails to let me in or recognise me. I end up using website so rather pointless..
App gets stuck while trying to book. Can a group like this really not fix it properly once and for all?!?!
Idk why Everyman changed their app. It used to be so much better. Now I can’t add screenings to my apple calendar. There’s an option to click on to do this but nothing happens. To exit the screen after completing a booking, you have to ‘cancel’ your booking. Doing this fortunately doesn’t cancel your booking but the wording is confusing. The app is slower and far more prone to glitches. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it’s still not really fit for purpose. A great contender for the ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it’ award.
I’ve been an Everyman member for a few years. Booking films is ok, although a bit clunky. However is used to be able to see my membership details. Now all I get is info on buying a new membership. I don’t know how many tickets I have left or when it expires any more.
Had to phone customer service to book a movie as app not working , this isn’t the first time either . Customer service haven’t a clue and no solution was given , I am not phoning everyman customer service every time I want to book to see a movie ! At £650 a year membership, it’s an absolute disgrace and Everyman just doesn’t care !!!
You really do need to upgrade your tech support, the app, if it works is clunky and not in the least user friendly. Altogether a poor customer experience.
