I bought an item and did not receive it. When I reported it with receipt and and purchase Id numbers they did nothing but said they couldn’t find it.

I’ve been contacting Evony for over 6 months with serious game issues and no reply. Correction, I got a computer reply saying that they would be in contact. Never happened. Support for this game is a joke. So don’t spend your hard earned money on this game. Better still, just keep scrolling. This game is a total let down. I wish I never started.

Laggy, buggy game, could not even finish the first demo track, the controls are ridiculous, the man either runs to the most left or three most right side of the road, you can't stop in the middle, controlls are not responding properly

Before you decide to download this game, go onto Twitter (X) and check how many times their ads have gotten community noted because the game does not look like the ads at all, no matter what they say that it’s further in the story, they mislead their audience

Ok let me get this straight you ad said the games look so much fun in the ads but when you download it it’s a totally different game you said it was the game in the ads but your game is different in the ads shame what a shame 😩 I’m going to delete it now

I have seen all the ads and they all say “Have you ever seen a game that looks really fun in the ads but when you play it it’s completely different? Well we finally have a game that is the same in the ads” ITS A COMPLETE LIE! I know they do have the puzzles in the game, but they are completely different to the ads. Most people that look at the ads think that it’s just the puzzles but it’s completely different!!! It’s just a war game that’s extremely pay to win so please CHANGE YOUR ADS!!!!!!!!

Very very poor customer service

Evony, we spend most of our times playing this game, you always start your emails calling us family. And them we made connections. How come, you can not bubble a player that just passed way? My alliance is mourning a beloved member that just left us and how are you so heartless not giving him a permanent bubble? We are not just numbers. My alliance members including myself have been asking your attention for days now, to bubble him, and you yet you don’t even give a decent answer. #shameonyou!

The support for this game is awful. You fallow the rules and play the way they won’t they just screw you over. It’s not puzzle game as they advertise. It much more. It’s a strategy war game and it cost a lot. When you think you achieve something in it, some progression the developers will screw you over. I went for red wings in one season and they told me I not obliged to get them cause their game thinks so. I am playing 4 years you dumb ******! Every time you open a ticket, the support ignores you or they reply with stupid excuses. My favourite one is below my review. Again, this game is not what is on adds. Puzzles are there but that’s not the actual game. The game is pay to win, pay to become strong - the war strategy, not a roll play as they describe it on the page. So, developers, I am asking you to look at my tickets and give me my red wings!
