This app doesn’t works on iphone even is the ride is recorded and added to the map unable to share it with the community and to recover it in the hall of ride! I’m located in france

What a bad application. - Can not connect with my account. - A password between 6 and 14 characters?! Why? - Could not Sync my Hadean - The app is not a native iOS app, the experience is bad. I would be happy to update my review but please, review your copy as knowing the price and quality of your boards, you are far from excellence in this application.

Still doesn’t work after the last upgrade. I try it on iphone6, iPhoneX and ipadPro. Signal GPS is always to poor.

This app does not fit the quality of the board. It’s good to have it and to have the possibility to change to custom mode. But You have to improve a lot of points : - add login via email - improve gps stability (it’s quite random) - iOS native development (your actual framework simulate a website behavior: it’s very ugly) - UI lagging - Not enough option to manage and sort each rides. - Logo (it have white border) - Adding a countdown at the beggining of a track - Map is buggy, use ios one. Map is not optimised here and take too much Time to load - Map Zoom is too random and not adaptative - actual map position don’t follow gps position It’s a good draft. But It’s not a reliable tracking app for the moment.

My cousin has just gifted me an evolve gt carbon board BUT when i downloaded the app it is not connecting pls fix this or tell me how to fix.

App was fine latest update custom mode is impossible to set ur custom mode as dial glitches out loose top speed can’t reset board no longer goes any where near as responsive or as fast tried resetting the board and it’s just no good please fix this issue he board is just wasting away as I don’t use it I might as well walk it’s quicker now

I’ve only been using the app for about a week so maybe it’s user error but I cannot get it to save any of my long-distance rides or add them to the map. It just keeps on timing out and it’s really frustrating and like this is there to enhance how fun it is to be riding these boards? It’s a great concept but just frustrating when it’s not working correctly. I’ve done at least 56 rides that have not logged on the map yet a couple little test rides did logged on the map that were under the 2K radius that you could use anyway seems really really weird.
