App is good, minimalistic but with minor corrections that can enhance UE. Firstly, the profile option is not showing anything it’s not responding at all. Secondly, the app is not tracking the path. That would be much easier for user to see the journey history, along with the statistics. Thirdly, if more features that are to be done by phase remote can be done in app it would be life saving. It would also save the phase remote from continuous button press to hover around the options. Hopefully things will be sorted Regards

App doesn’t work with GTR series 1.

Broken app.

Doesn’t even connect to gtr gen 1

My GTR (series 1) connects, prompts me to customise the speed mode, then it disconnects. It also says there is a firmware update every time I connect it but says there isn’t one available when I press it ‘update’.

Title explains it, issue should be fixed, I don’t imagine it’s that hard to fix

Such a shame this app is almost unusable because of how buggy it is. I’m not sure how anyone gets the mileage recorded, my recording works about 1 in 3 times. Right now its notifying me that I have been riding for over 3 hours and I should end my ride. Open up the app nope I’m not riding and nope it didn’t record the ride I just did. If the few rides I have managed to record they all say my average speed was 27mph!! Trying to pair it to me gtr became an endurance challenge after qiting and reopening the app many times Turing the board on and off. I did finally get it to show but. But then the next road block it asks for a Bluetooth pairing code, it’s not the normal 0000 or 1234, It’s not in the manual it’s not on the evolve website. I eventuality found it in a comment under an evolve YouTube video. It’s 170616 incase anyone else is on the hunt for it. But I wouldn’t bother because once your connected you can’t do anything except create a custom power mode. I was expecting to see an odometer or info about the board like one wheel app but nope it’s as good as useless. Just don’t bother with any of it spend the time out on a ride!! Evolve whoever your paying to make this app stop and find some better developers it’s a joke. Or just give up entirely and focus on the boards your getting that bit right!!
