The app reacts very slow. Nothings works properly. Pure disappointment.

Filters are removed all the time, it is slow and not list of favorites, smart queue isn't working

When it works it is very slow - often it just crashes

Is is not possible to link Expo Tickets in the App. Error Message: Ticket is already linked Old Tickets which where linked before are gone… Scan Tickets does not work…

One of the worst Apps I have ever used. Takes too long to load anything. Don’t throw away your printed ticket. Uselss

Cannot find address, all it has is the redirect to various transport app and websites, ridiculously stupid experience!!!

You can like the pavilions, that you want to visit but there is no selection for the likes pavilions. The app needs Internet connection for everything. That is bad especially for the tickets. Good luck that we had them on paper. When you get the expo Wi-Fi it’s very slowly.

The smart queue does not work 99% of the time. Huge bummer. Furthermore, the map is very slow at not responsive, even on new generation devices.

Tickets are mapped yet the app fails to work, we could not use smart queue tickets at all. Then tickets were lost by the app and it was not possible to readd
