PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. Just get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. The app automatically displays your receipt with, earned rewards, and if selected, a car wash code.
If your location services are off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.
For in store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show it to the cashier. After the transaction, your receipt and rewards points will be displayed.

FLAKY— TIMES OUT BEFORE I CAN FINISH FUELING

Doesn’t work reliably. Sometimes works perfectly more often it doesn’t. It times out frequently.

Ugh

I get so frustrated every time I’m away from home I have to log in cause the pump won’t take my card now this time I had to pay a different way because I couldn’t get it to take anything. Very frustrating.

Amazingly bad for a company with the resources of Exxon

I can log in to the website but not the app. Continued error messages. Also tried to link AARP account on website- links take you from page to page in a circle and you end up where you started.

When using a debit card with this app, you don’t get the cash price.

Zero reason for you to ask for my number w/Apple Sign In

Too many glitches

You may experience cannot pump gas issue as it seems the pump is not being activated though app tells you so. Then it prevents you from visiting another station for 24 h

Worked great, pulled into the station and entered pump number and when I approached pump it was ready to start pumping. Great

24 Hour lock out

this app is only good when it actually works. I was just at the store and tried to put gas and for some reason It kept timing out I guess cause of my Internet connection in the middle of no where and right when it goes through it just locks me out and says “you have tried way too many times to get gas, Try again in 24 hours” like what kind of security feature is that for a gas pump app I didn’t even even have my card so I couldn’t put gas. Imagine if I was completely empty. That makes no sense to put that kind of security feature on an app for gas.
