MESSAGES
For the last couple of months I’ve been having problems with messages. When motion detection is on, I’ve been receiving notifications but no messages for most cameras. I have contacted customer service for this issue but the problem was never resolved. The suggestion was: “Start using OKAM…” If the EYE4 app is available for the customers to use and there are problems/issues with it, it is important to find the problem/issue and fix it, otherwise remove/cancel the EYE4 app. Since I’m on the issue, I’ve tried using the OKAM app but I find the EYE4 app more user friendly. Thank you.
