No way to remove shared users
There’s no way to remove shared user, this is a big problem upon security. Hope you developers can make this function work then I will give you a update on my review. Thank you.

No storage after paying!
I bought this camera over a year ago. It worked great for almost a year, then one day it stopped storing footage. I paid for a storage plan and then it won’t activate. The money was deducted from my account and apple reimbursed me the 1st few times it double charged me but then I tried it again months later and it still won’t work and store any footage. It keeps taking my money but I get no results…and now apple won’t reimburse me. I ask for help with the chat but they never answer and there is no way to contact any actual person.
Glitchy
The app is very glitchy and connection times out all the time and I’ve tried customer service and they ask me to download another app which is kinda sketchy that they have two apps that do the same thing. Also find it very odd there hasn’t been an update in over a year.
Privacy - doesn’t allow to proceed without location sharing
For useless reason app wants users to share their location and it doesn’t allow to configure the camera if users disallow location sharing (the screen keeps going back instead of allowing users to choose wifi and enter password which should suffice for adding a device..location information shouldn’t be mandatory to add your own camera to your own network for which you have password)
Good and worth be Best!
The program is awesome and for the most part easy to use. Some functions/operation needs more work. It’s difficult to delete all of the reports from motion detection. There needs to be a filter for deletion of events and more updates to the app could take care of issues. This app would be awesome if it could except more cameras from different vendors. It does not work with another popular vendor Z-Ben, and several other vendors from the same Shenzhen area. Hopefully they can add more vendors to the Eye4 family.
Very unstable, completely unusable software
When the app connects to the camera, it works great for about 10 seconds, then it disconnects and tries to re-coonect. IF it manages to re-connect, it will take 3-5 mis to re-connect, if it can at all. ½ the time it takes 3-5 attempts to re-connect, then it works fine for a minute or two and drops the connection. It’s too bad that the software makes the camera unusable, as it looses the connection constantly, takes a really long time to re-connect, then as soon as you try to point the camera somewhere it drops the connection, despite the fact that I have a powerful WiFi-mesh network with a very strong signal, the software can’t go 5 mins without loosing the connection. It’s too bad because the camera has 18x optical zoom, is incredibly clear at long distances, it has very strong night vision, but is totally worthless due to the awful camera software.
