Not user friendly
Already registered but unable to forget password through website or application. Really hard to login and get my info. So many errors. Never had this much problems with any apps trying to login.

This app is very quirky and is very limited on submitting out of network claims. The website is much more user friendly
Can’t add ID card to apple wallet, keep getting an error message
My company has EYEMED for its optical insurance. For the past 5 years, I've never been able to log into the app more than twice. Website works though.
So far I don’t have any negative feedback, just a recommended: I’d like to be able to easily see where my previous exams and/or purchases were in some kind of history summary
My password works fine on my PC, but for some reason the app keeps telling me that it’s incorrect. Please fix this.
Have to change password to often, like every time I try to log in. Junk..
The other features in the app are useful and seem to work well but aren’t the primary reason I downloaded the app. When I shake my phone to view my ID in the app, I’m unable to see the group ID or membership IDs. There’s a “Continue” button when I shake my phone but it doesn’t work and I’m unable to add a card to Apple Wallet
Very easy to use. I love the estimate part of the app so you understand all the options and can make an informed decision on your lens.
It used to have a function where I can get my benefits and other information by selecting g the policy in the app. I have a private plan and an employee sponsored one. It will only show me the employee sponsored one. Bring back the ability to link multiple accounts to the app switch back and forth between two policies please. So much easier.
