Our EZ Link products are shipped with the EZ Link feature button disabled. To enable this button and use the EZ Link feature, you need to establish parental consent and select a preferred streaming service that the EZ Link will use to access content. Once the feature is enabled, please leave EZ Link Setup App open to allow the EZ Link feature to operate.This is a one-time activation. Once the EZ Link feature is enabled, leave the app running in the background, but you do not need to use this app again unless you wish to disable the feature, or change your preferred streaming service.Do I have to leave the EZ Link Setup App open?  The EZ Link button, once enabled, will connect the user to existing playlists on their selected streaming service. To open the streaming service, and access the playlist, the EZ Link Setup App does need to be running.How do I enable the EZ Link feature?To unlock this feature, first, connect the Bluetooth device running this app to the karaoke machine with the EZ Link feature.Next, you will need to answer a few short questions to prove that you are an adult, and then agree to the terms and conditions of using the EZ Link feature. Lastly, select the streaming service you would like the EZ Link feature to use.

App is frozen?

Got the device connected to my phone and it works as an external speaker, but the Bluetooth pairing on app itself is taking forever Im still trying to set up for hours now. App does not work.

Don't work

The app literally does not work I have 3 of these karaoke machines and the app literally won't connect to any of them I'm 26 years old so I'm not an idiot with technology plus it's very self explanatory app definitely needs work.

Love this App

What a great app. My kids love listening to their favorite Frozen playlist with one east click in the EzLink button in their karaoke machine that we bought from Target!

App works great!

Instructions are clear and pairs seamlessly with my device. Kids love the product and this makes it a lot easier for me to put on their favorite songs! 5 stars!

Won’t stay connected

The app will connect to my steaming apps and the button on the device works with the apps great at first. However anytime you close the ez app it forgets my device and I have to go through the whole set up again. Its okay as long as an adult is there to set it up for my kiddo but unfortunately it means she doesn’t have the complete freedom to start it up on her own.

Reading all of the negative reviews and being cautious when buying this product, I found this product to be amazing! The app worked perfect! It did take about 1 min for it to pair but the microphone played the music and theres no errors!
