EZ Link Setup

Like the others who have given this app a high rating, I’d like to say that I think maybe the low ratings are user error. If you have it on, and set on Bluetooth, it connects easily and quickly and works perfectly fine.

i was connecting it and it wouldnt show up. this made me stressed out and i even had it on on and not demo

I have trying to set this up for an hour, it won't work. What the heck is a ez link button? It does not tell me how to get to blue tooth mode. I did everything it said to do. It has been stressing me so much. All I wanted to do is play karaoke, instead it turned into a stressful night karaoke

Got the device connected to my phone and it works as an external speaker, but the Bluetooth pairing on app itself is taking forever Im still trying to set up for hours now. App does not work.

The app literally does not work I have 3 of these karaoke machines and the app literally won't connect to any of them I'm 26 years old so I'm not an idiot with technology plus it's very self explanatory app definitely needs work.

Instructions are clear and pairs seamlessly with my device. Kids love the product and this makes it a lot easier for me to put on their favorite songs! 5 stars!
