Nothing is Perfect but This is Close
I’ve been using the app for several years. It’s great at helping me keep track of my time and pay for different clients who all have different rates. I usually don’t have any issues but when I do it’s almost always the same two issues: 1. The job list code field disappears. So while the hours are calculated correctly the pay is not. 2. The calculated pay is generally several cents off. Not a big deal, more of a minor irritation. But both issues are easily fixed on my end when I don’t have time to reach out to customer support. Support has always been easy to work with: super responsive and get things fixed fairly quickly. I just wish I didn’t have these issues every few months. All in all it’s the only app I’ve found that truly suits my needs. Nothings perfect but for me it’s pretty close.
