Zero customer service after on boarding
I had high hopes to get my restaurant on this platform. During the initial on boarding process, I had constant communication with the only two individuals with the set up. Once I received an email that my restaurant was live, I hoped online to check it out. Sadly, my menu “serves” was wrong with every item. I contacted both individuals without getting what seems would be a simple fix resulting with me calling the 800 number to deactivate my account.
