Ger bra koll på vad som händer framför dörren. Och ibland kan det vara bra att kunna prata genom kameran. Jag är nöjd.

Tydliga bilder så det känns skönt när man inte är hemma. Tyvärr försvinner bilder som jag önskat spara och ha kvar. Hur kan man spara bilder som man vill ha kvar eller finns de automatiskt kvar i molnet?

Why am I now forced to upgrade my 8 cameras...? When i upgraded 1 camera some time ago Port-554 (RTSP) was not available anymore! My cameras are connected to NVR using Port-554. I tested upgrading one camera and off course port 554 was closed. Even port 8000 which i before could use HIK-Connect to view the feed no longer works 😼

Sometimes it lags in my phone when I try to leave the app.

I can not see the recording in this app so

Followed all the instructions , yes they are on the same network, all other devices can see each other . Also when adding devices in the scan lan for devices and manually adding there is no ‘ . ’ For the IP address, instead the keyboard shows ‘ , ‘ one can not type a ip Address, so one have to write a punctuation somewhere and copy paste …. ——- Reply to developers response : I have been in contact with your support and it’s a poor knowledgeable and frustrating experience unfortunately. They don’t seem to read my question fully and the answers are not complete to what I ask. I am going to give this one more go, troubleshot my self , if I can’t fix it my self I am returning the product.
