Facetune: Hair, Photo Editor

I downloaded this to try the 3 day trial. I didn’t get a notification that the 3 days were up and I got charged $110 for this app for a whole year. There should be a notification or a reminder when it comes to a significant charge as such. Not very happy

I used you app for years, Why’s you guys add a label on a saved photos ? I have to cut the picture now and it doesn’t look great anymore, app was very good in older versions. I consider using different apps now

Hello there, I sent an e-mail to the facetune, but they told me that I have to ask the apple customer center that all authority is in the apple store because I bought it from the apple store. Then I called the apple service center and asked them, and they said they should ask Facetune. They each say it's not their authority, so I'm confused about where to ask. I’d be appreciate if you could give me a quick solution. Regard,

I wanted a free trial so signed up. They said they would send a notification once the free trial was up which they never did. I then just got an email from apple stating I had been charged $110. I’m filing a complaint with apple, Facetune mislead me by false information. Give me my money back

Signed up for a free trail and was charged 110$ for a yearly subscription I DID NOT SELECT

Charged me $97 even though I cancelled before the free trial was finished. This is fraud and currently working with bank to get the funds back. I have emailed multiple times and no response DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
