This app is so helpful to track and educate me on fasting. I bought a book before using the app and both of them are complimenting each other but the app gives me the data that I can see about how fasting is improving my health. I have been using and adapting the recipes also to eat better.
I got this app for the meal planning and shopping list side of things. I can’t search for meals. The AI ignores my liked meals and adds ones I haven’t liked to my plan. To change a meal in the plan you need to search through all the meals, the categories aren’t accurate. While looking through the belong list of meals, some repeat, while you still haven’t gotten to the one you’re looking for. The recipes look good, but a pen and paper is quicker for planning.
This app is so buggy now- fasting end times are not recorded properly and I have to redo this a few hours later. I think I’ll just use a timer on my phone now to record fasting times
One of the best apps been using ongoing for literally years and now is even better as it's added AI photo scanning for food and it actually does work !!!
The scanner does not work
Quite enjoyed the app but when I changed time zones temporarily the notifications changed to match but when I came home they wouldn't go back to my Timezone. Tried turning off all notifications but still get them daily despite deleting the app. I simply can't delete anything from my calendar and get three or more a day. Driving me crazy.
I took the quiz and paid a subscription but now cannot access the app or program. No area on website to ask for help. I have no idea how to login to the app and no idea how to get my money back. Should have known better.
