Scam app food scanner doesn’t work stay away

Food scanner doesn’t work. Tried multiple times where I weighed the food first and then scanned it. And it it couldn’t get anything right so it’s a total useless function that they promote as the big selling point. Stay away from these scammers

Gender identity question is confusing to include in fitness calories tracking app

It doesn’t make sense to require ‘gender identity’ for setting up a calorie tracker account, as not everyone has or identifies with a gender identity. A more practical approach would be to ask for biological sex or directly request relevant data like weight, height, and activity level to ensure accuracy for all users.

Scammed?

This application is just too good and I am happy with the info and advices I take from it, however on starting menu I clicked on get the plus version and It was weekly 3 euro or so I thought I buy for 1 week as a test period sort of thing but when I wanted to pay I forced to pay for a year there was no other options, It was written so that I can cancel subscription at anytime but do I get my money back or what if I want to cancel?! Btw this app is worth 50 euro or so yearly and I don’t regret paying it but felt little bit scammed.

Bad app, even worse support

I wrote a long review twice which got deleted so I’ll keep this short 1 they don’t use AI to scan your food as shown in the adverts 2 customer support is absolutely useless when I reposted a bug which they then confirmed 3 the app has a bunch of bugs Save yourself the time and money as they clearly don’t care about their customers

Worthless

The camera function sucks, you need to put everything in manual.. started because of the camera function

This app used to be good and free, no ads etc. I love that they have added new stuff to track food and calories etc, but you can only access them if you pay. I dont feel like waiting 30 seconds from when i pressed the ”start fast” button to actually it starting. There is too much ads and it has really made this app useless.

Used to be good, now you get spammed multiple times a day about their (always on sale..!) plus plan. I’d say stay clear of this.
