An easier method of attaching documents or photographs from the iPad would be better. Can the same credits be used from both iPad and iPhone? When review is written, the review should not disappears when the nickname is taken. Thanks.

I have been using this app for years even back when I had an android. Haven’t ever had an issue with the app; except that they don’t transfer balances when you switch from android to iOS.
I went to fax 29 pages to the Dr so bought the 50cr pack first thinking it’s one credit per page and $0.05 per page was reasonable. This came to 10cr per page for a total of 260cr so it would have run $0.45 per page which is outrageous. Needless to say my wife drove the 45 miles to the Dr’s office for less than the cost to fax it.
I paid for 50 credits 10 years ago to fax one page. Today I redownloaded the app and I still had 40 credits for my fax today. No log in required. Excellent service when another app required a $10/month subscription.
I rarely fax anything so this was a great option for me. I only pay for the credits I need. And it shows me the status of my fax.
I was searching for an app to send faxes which is what I searched for in the App Store and it showed up. Being in a hurry I assumed that it was for sending faxes since that is what I typed in. However they have a whole other app that sends faxes. I bought a credit which is an hour of fax time for five bucks and lo and behold I can only receive. My fault, I did it in a hurry but the fact they have it showing up in search for send fax is misleading.
I use fax fox every once in a while, but I’m totally happy with it. Love that you’re able to purchase a letterhead page.
