I just purchased a subscription for these recipes and the app never loads or works. I receive a white screen and can’t do anything.

The recipes themselves are great. They are tasty & filling. The app on the other hand is not user friendly. The app will randomly crash & take wayyyy too long to load. There’s no tab that lets you see the recipes you marked that you’ve made already or the ones you left feedback on. You either have to write it down, remember them or find the recipe again randomly and see if it’s marked complete. It’s very annoying. Another thing is the recipes there’s wayyy to many errors; spelling errors, missing ingredients, no additional or CLEAR directions, misleading recipes….Some pictures of the recipes have ingredients that were never mentioned in the ingredients list. Even the ingredients list is to hard to read sometimes due to it not being organized well. I found so many errors that I’m baffled the creator hasn’t proof read them yet. It’s like he slapped them all together and called it a day he didn’t even care to make his work presentable….The tab on the left has a discord but it’s so dead. Why add a link to the discord if no one’s even on it…there should be a more active community on it or even make a forum for ppl to communicate with each other on the app. Maybe ppl can add their tips and feedback to add a twist or make it easier for others. There’s also no customer service info. So if you want to make a complaint or even compliment you’d have to go out of your way to find the info. Some recipes even call for cookie butter, so why not just have that linked to the app to make it better for others. The app, community, customer, service and RECIPES are in dire need of a revision. You have new ppl on YT & TikTok making these anabolic meals and who are more organized & professional than this. This app just makes it seem like Zach doesn’t care at all. Just as long as he’s making money on the other side it’s Whtever to him. Smh HE needs to get it together. If I were you I would think twice than spending money on his E-Books. Other anabolic recipes will save you the time & frustration I had to deal with using this app. LOL

Unable to login anymore, tried resetting my password but the code sent to my email never works. Emailed the contact email listed with no response.

App constantly crashes. Half the buttons don’t work. No consistent back button so you have to close the app out and restart. Such a shame because the recipes are all fantastic.

These recipes make dieting so sustainable and they are delicious. It’s my dinner / dessert routine to go to the grocery store and make something new a couple times a week. Zach doesn’t miss!

It’s kinda slow. Also why do I have to sign in into my FDL account everytime I open the app? Kind of annoying

worked great when i initially got the app, now it crashes and when i can login i can’t access the recipe book ive purchased that i could access when i first downloaded. unsure of the issue.

I love the recipes, but the app isn’t user friendly. I bought a digital cookbook and I can barely see all of the recipes. It doesn’t have a feature to just jump straight to a recipe. There should be like a table of context or something. I have to scroll through all of the recipes at about 6 recipes at a time. I’m not sure how many recipes are even in this book (5.1 ). This app needs to be fixed to be more like an actual book, so that it is easier to look at and find recipes. Even the search function doesn’t work properly. Please consider an overhaul to this app.

I feel like I deserve a refund at this point. The hasn't been a new recipe added in over a month what am I paying for?
