The Feeld support team is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had a support ticket open with them for over 3 months. It was escalated mid Feb, then nothing since. They simply don’t care about customers. I was a paying customer for a while back during the app overhaul last year. The app was down for days on end and when it came back was buggy and bad ever since. It’s a terrible user experience.
The glitchiest app going. Either get no notifications or notifications for nothing that won’t go away!
It seems to often have a glitch and I can get on
I’ve been locked out for months after their “rebrand” with no reply from CS. My subscription has now lapsed without getting anything I’ve paid for and can’t even request a refund. App is a joke as well as the people in charge of it
The recent major overhaul and update is actually worse than the previous version which wasn’t good. The app used to just be a little glitchy but now I can’t see pictures and texts only come thru when I close it down and open up. Oh and not to mention the fact that I paid for majestic and nothing but automated replies even though the app hasn’t switched me to majestic upgrade yet still has taken my money. I’m pretty sure that’s fraud/stealing
First of all, I have no complaints about this app from a feature or design standpoint — I love the amount of identities and the customisability of searches, and most of the features in general. From a technical standpoint though, I’ve run into some issues. This app is definitely not optimised for older phones as it tends to cause a lot of crashes on my iPhone XS. The crashes tend to happen when going through a lot of profiles, but also seem to get worse the longer you use the app and seem to be remedied by deleting and reinstalling. This makes me think that there’s an issue with the cache not being cleared or something similar, between instances of the app being opened. This can be annoying when browsing, especially when looking at profiles further away, and sometimes slows the rest of my phone down in a way that other apps don’t, even with the age of my phone.
I don’t know if it’s a hetro man thing it’s very hard to make a connection maybe I’m not diverse enough ?

The app is great but the recent update managed to make it even more buggy. So frustrating
