App shutting down
i am unable to update new firmware. whenever i try app will close automatically.

Feiyu ON V3.0 is a brand new version with supporting all Feiyu's gimbal products and new UI design.
If your own Feiyu gimbal(Smartphone gimbal or action cameras gimbal or DSLR gimbal) equipped with bluetooth module, you can enjoy more fun with using Feiyu ON.
The object tracking function is integrated into Feiyu ON since V3.0, configuration on smartphone camera parameters(White Balance, Exposure duration and ISO) are also available from Feiyu ON V3.0.
With a combination of operating Zoom In/Out(W/T) and Lens position of smartphone camera throught the G6 Plus and SPG2 magic ring, you can control the image focus as you want.
Don't worry on operating Feiyu gimbal, Feiyu ON App provides massive tutorial videos，skill videos and product instruction guide, this would help you on learning using Feiyu gimbal.

App keeps crashing at camera selection
Cannot update firmware
I have tried and tried many times to update the firmware on on my Feiyu G6 Max but it does not work. It takes about 4 hours with each attempt and then it fails. It is not possible for me to control my Sony Camera with Bluetooth on the G6 Max. I have done a number of reviews on my YouTube channel and sadly when asked if I can control the camera functions with the gimbal I have to say no. I love the gimble itself but I seldom use if for this reason. Consequently I cannot recommend it to others :(
Massive fail.
Constant fails for gimbal firmware uploads. Constant fails for camera model firmware uploads. Can’t use any of the app functions on gimbal. Won’t find WiFi networks. Renders all of the connected functions of the gimbal useless. This app needs to be redeveloped. Rubbish.

Stopped working after firmware update
I just purchased the VLOG2 pocket and it was working great with my iPhone 11 - but then it asked to upgrade the firmware so I did but now it will no longer connect?? Please fix asap as I was just getting into the features of this great gimbal!!
Appalling
So very disappointed n the app Specifically purchased a Vimble 2A to work with my GoPro hero 8. The Vimble 2A itself seams a very solid product , however the app is flakey, it drops out there is no camera selection for it to connect to the GoPro here 8. The app has been downloaded 7 times and I’ve now tried to connect it to my camera 68 times. The app right now won’t even recognise the Vimble 2 a let alone give me a chance to connect to my camera .... surely you could have some quality control, fix spelling errors , make an app that works solidly for all the advertised camera ie GoPro hero 8 ???? Make an app that connect automatically when launched , make the app with a updated user interface and make it stable !!!!!!’ You have a good product with the Vimble 2A and its functionally is good with the GoPro hero 8 but w tho it being able to connect my camera to the fumble because of a terrible app, It’s useless to me..... I will be seeking a refund for my expensive yet very good Vimble 2A because your app doesn’t work !!!!’ Very very Disappointed !!!!!
Garmin VIRB
They state compatible (G6) with Garmin VIRB, but the app wifi connection does not seem to be compatible with the VIRB. The gimbal works with it. So that’s half compatible I feel lied to. Also the app is horrible. Why is marketing the first pop up and the English version still has chinese characters. I will update this if there is fixes. Disappointed
Just develop a new app
Look at your reviews! The app is useless, just does not connect to G6 and GoPro 7. The gimble is great, app is terrible. You will be losing business soon due to the poor app. Just develop a new app from scratch please.

Unbelievable app...... useless. Will not connect to Canon M 50
