Great gimbal. Software not so much. HDR “mode not support hdr”. Why can’t I turn hdr video on? Zoom when using a phone and the wheel, not using seamless zoom. It’s very slow and only digital. It doesn’t use the 3 lenses like every other app. Is OIS turned on on the main lens? Where is the options for this? I’ll be using Final Cut camera instead of this app. Please copy this app! Tracking does not work. I click the trigger and a confirmation box appears. Then does nothing. This app is not usable.

Okay, figured out how to get into app. Click on enter "email address" when prompted on main screen, (even tho there appears to be nowhere to do that) and there actually is an unseen cursor under there that will allow you to then enter any email address (even false), hit Return, and the app will open. From there all seems to work. Go figure! ========================= Orig Review: Useless. Opening screen asks to enter email to enable app but there is no way to do that. Bogus. (Just let the frickin app run. If need email then let it be entered later.) Entirely useless. No way to hook up to or access Vimble device. Looks like Vimble going to be returned. Pretty lame.l

All the pics I took through this app are unbelievably bad. I spent over 2k on my iPhone 12Pro and this app managed to make my pics look worse than if I took them with a banana. The Christmas pics are ruined. Thanks a lot!

Register and login button doesn’t work on startup. So can’t even start app.

Simple to use software that runs on my iPhone 7 to setup and control G6 Max or direct interface filming from gimbal through iPhone. Horrible post editing. Unfortunately there’s no support for the Osmo Action or many other mainstream cameras having to use your phone to start and stop recording Combined with video tutorials this app and gimbal work well if you take the time to learn the basics. Big flaw, the app doesn’t display well if your display is setup for larger than normal fonts. They’re a great engineering company that design quality hardware but horrible at software from A to Z through their entire line More affordable gimbals come with much better software

Terrible Instruction book! The thing just shakes as it is crazy! !

App was in terrible English, not a lot of options.

The fact that the app has not been improved or better fixed over an extended period of time shall speak for itself. Customer support suggested me to get a newer gimbal because mine was defective and an old model. After inquiring about the model of the new gimbal for my camera I never received an answer.

Cannot see GoPro footage live on this app - settings seem different than video tutorials.
