Renewing subscriptions and making it so complicated to cancel it makes me feel they are very dishonest! It should be open and clear if they really have good intentions!

Couldn’t stop my subscription the usual way as it’s not linked up to the app subscriptions on my mobile so I’m now waiting for them to respond to me about refunding the £66 they took from my account for a renewal, for an app that I don’t even use

I signed up to the free trial out of interest, they charged me before I knew it and then autorenewed for over £65(!) using my card details, all outside of the Apple app system so without any recourse. If you don’t cancel it’ll charge you every 3 months! They say email their customer services for help, which I have several times over the last few months but no response. Complete scam.

I feel completely misled by this app. It claimed to provide a personalized plan for women in their 40s struggling with fertility, but that promise was nothing more than false advertising. The app offers nothing unique or personalized—just basic information that can be easily found on free fertility apps. What’s worse is the lack of transparency around their subscription model. I purchased the app at a discounted price, unaware that after three months, I’d be automatically charged a hefty €66.65! Cancelling the subscription has been a nightmare—Apple is showing no active subscription for this app, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Overall, this app is not worth your money. It’s a poor product wrapped in deceitful advertising and shady business practices. Avoid at all costs!

Disappointing app, I paid for a month because I saw what this app has to offer for women like me who tries to conceive for a long time, but once I have unlocked the app there wasn’t anything like they were advertising. Just useless and i don’t recommend it. Just an app which which tracks your period and ovulation cycle.

I signed up to Femia, like many I’m sure, desperate for help to conceive. I was lured in my the promise of being pregnant within 3 months. Without a realising, I had signed up to a period of 3 months where the app was at a discounted rate of £25.99 - still expensive if you ask me, when you realise the app does no more than the Apple Health app. I was then hit with an unexpected charge of £66.50. I couldn’t believe such a huge amount of money had been taken from my account with no warning. I immediately contacted customer services, who have repeatedly told me it is not policy to give refunds for my case. I have pleaded with them, explained that I did not fall pregnant within three months like the app stated I should and that I have been left unable to cover my bills this month. Rather than find loop holes in policy, to support a valuable person who is struggling with fertility, they continue to state I will not be refunded. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP, unless you are willing to pay the incredibly high price for nothing. This app is not accurate, it does nothing that the apple health app cannot do and should be noted as a scam by Apple.

Please be careful with this app. They make it difficult for you to know when the subscription ends and then charge you £66.65 and don’t give you a refund if you do not want the services. Dishonest company.

Money stealing! Scamming fraudsters. Do not trust!

This is absolutely awful, they really don’t care about their customers! I suffered from a miscarriage and purchased this through an add that popped up! I didn’t get any notification after the trial period was up and they’ve taken £66 just before Christmas! They really are horrible customer services! They are prying on people who are vulnerable and didn’t send a single notification! DO NOT BUY!!!! - it’s fraud and a scam!

It is a trap, don’t even download it! Charged twice already for a subscription I never paid for in less than 3 months! €66.65 suddenly was charged today from my bank account when I even don’t have their premium account, not even as a trial. The instruction they give to you to unsubscribed even don’t appear to me as never had the premium so I am running in circle and my only option would be to cancel my card pretty much for them to stop me charging
