Hi, I too received an unknown charge to my credit card from Femia of over $100 AUD. I signed up in March when there was some sort of discount or offer at the time where I paid a small fee, with no mention of anything about later being charged $100 AUD+ - I rarely subscribe to anything with ongoing fees. I followed instructions on the app about how I go about deleting the app and it says that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Although I didn’t think I had a subscription I did what the app says which is to check your App Store to find your subscription and when checking, there was only one listed (for an entirely different appt) so I’m really concerned about this credit card charge now. I have emailed Femia Support team but am yet to receive a response. Your help to get this resolved and refunded would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased a three month plan thinking that I will get a diet and exercise, but it doesn’t have anything specific that you cannot find on free apps. I was supposed way more than it was advertised. And there is no way to unsubscribe it. Apple should remove the app from the App Store.

Avoid this app at all costs! It is misleading and promises to get you pregnant if not a full refund. It states it will create a detailed individual conception plan that includes meal plans and hormone tracking. All you can do in the app is track your period and log your symptoms like every other free cycle tracking app. The app advises everything is done through Apple but when reviewing my subscriptions and purchase history nothing shows up on my Apple account. There is nowhere to cancel my subscription which is due to renews in 3 months. I have now had to report this transaction to my bank and cancelled my card so no further fraudulent activity occurs on my card. To pray on people at such a vulnerable time I their life is disgusting.

Hi There, I attempted to cancel subscription before end of trial period per yur app’s instructions however, the app does not show in my apple account subscription’s,… the app continued to keep tryn to take payment for several days after the due time so I contacted yur support email to cancel. I have NOT heard back & the the app took a payment a week later. I have had to dispute this through my bank. I still have not heard from yur support team in regards to cancelling this subscription! Please respond because I would like confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. Thank Yu

I didn’t find that this app did anything outside of what other apps can and when I tried to cancel my subscription, it was impossible. According to Apple, I don’t have a subscription, but money is still coming out of my account! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

I had downloaded the app, had a look around. Deleted it as it didn’t meet my needs, checked my apply account and the subscription was not there. This morning with no warning, I have been charged $101.17. I checked my Apple account, redownloaded the app, logged back in and followed the refund support materials which all tell me to go back to Apple. I have them emailed support, their AI response is to go to Apple. That is a ridiculous amount of money for something not being used and the support when needing to reach out if very poor. I would like that money refunded, and your support materials to be far more accurate than what they are. This isn’t an Apple problem, it’s a Femia problem that needs to be resolved.

Hi there! I tried to cancel subscription but i can not find in the app or even in my account. And now has been another charge. All other apps very easy to cancel after trial but this one look Likes very tricky. Can you help me cancel and refund please! Many thanks

I’m so disappointed. I paid for the 3 month access option and all I have access to is a period and ovulation tracker. I can do that for free with other apps. Everything I click on now asks for a premium subscription. There is nothing of value here. The ads and other information available are misleading. So disappointed that women who are looking for support with conception are being taken advantage of.

This app is a scam. I wish I had. There’s no way to cancel.
