femm is an incredibly convineint and beautiful way to track your female health. it's been the best out of all apps i used! thanks so much to developers.

This app is a wonderful way for women to track their cycle and really get to know about how their bodies work. Knowledge is power, and we deserve to not be made to feel as if our bodies need fixing with pills. Many people use this app as a natural way to manage fertility (read: avoid or attain pregnancy), which is great! If used to avoid, the CDC has recently updated its recommendations to state that it has as small as a 2% failure rate, after looking at 53 studies that measured pregnancy rates among women using FABMs instead of contraception like the pill. If you’re looking for a natural way to avoid pregnancy, or an effective way to conceive quickly, then this app is an excellent place to start!

If you're trying to get pregnant or if you're not, FEMM is the app for you. Easy to use, clear instructions and very visual, so easy to read at a glance. I love it!

I love this app I am trying for a baby and other period tracker/fertile apps don't give you the option to put in if you don't have regular periods and problems getting pregnant and this one does! Brillient app Deffo recommend!

I love this app, but other than marking a singular pregnancy test as +/- on a certain day, it does not account for a pregnancy when creating averages and lengths of cycles. My “analysis” is completely thrown off now because my normal 28 day cycle is being considered a 500+ day cycle because I was pregnant. Now that I’m PP and tracking again, my “insights” are wholly inaccurate. Wish there was a way to fix this! Otherwise, amazing app!!

Overall a great free natural planning app. I do wish it was a bit more user friendly and it was easy to see your whole month in a view.

Helpful for tracking cycles. Only annoying thing is each time you open the app it makes you fill out the about me page. It used to just load the today page first.

I wanted to be able to track my cycle without all the pop ups and horoscopes and “what your sign says about your cycle” nonsense. I just wanted to be able to track my cycle! FEMM does just that, and gives you goals, advice, and health tips to help you understand your body and your cycle better.

I love FEMM and all its tracking features, but it would be even better if it integrated with Apple HealthKit. I keep my other health metrics in my Health app and would like to see my FEMM tracking there as well!
