I signed up for a year subscription and was charged by Apple and by Ferly (Leika Ltd). I’ve emailed for a refund and Ferly said to request one from Apple even though there was a second transaction from Ferly. Refund requested via Apple but that cancelled the subscription and now Ferly aren’t responding via email. Save your money and try somewhere else.
Bought the premium subscription to browse all content but it doesn’t let you change between programs. Even when you click to leave a program, the only one visible is the one you initially opted into in the free trial. Frustrating.
The app seems great so far, but after starting a program I realised that wasn’t what I was wanting to explore. I selected the option to leave the program but it doesn’t seem to have to option to select a different program
Would not log in and constantly crashed which is a shame! Tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy.
Liked the 7 days trial but I keep receiving errors when trying to subscribe on the app.
I have an iPhone SE, can’t get through the introductory questions as the screen won’t scroll down on the last question. This renders app completely useless as I can’t get into it at all! Such a shame as reviews look so good.

I’ve paid for this app and can’t login since using free trial. Also efforts lead to a crash on my iPhone. Have tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. What’s going on?
Signed up for a 7 day free trail and within an hour I was charged the full annual subscription, which isn’t great. I submitted 2 requests via their website over the course of a week asking for someone to contract me about a refund and never received a response. I accepted the charges and though I’d just use to app for year but I don’t have access to the app. It says I am not a member so I don’t have access to 75% even though I have paid. I submitted a further 2 requests via their website over the course of a month and still no response. So I’ve paid for an app I can’t use and no one is responding/ providing support. Very disappointing.
Cancelled on the day I signed up for free trial as it wasn’t for me, charged me anyway with no warning. Huge amount of money I can’t afford right before xmas. Seems to be set up this way to trick people as there isn’t a monthly option.
