I think you are all Rockstars! I have never had an issue ever and everybody goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied!

Really disappointed you cannot use a giftcard in the app. It’s almost 2024 and this is a pretty basic payment feature. Hope they figure it out, soon!

I wish you had a no charge if you purchase a specific amount like other supermarkets

Besides Festival Foods, being a great store with a wide variety of product and helpful and positive staff, online ordering has been a godsend and very intuitive with their app. I have an injury that prevents me from walking around the store. The employees communicate any substitutions, which are rare, and their positive attitudes are refreshing. I’m guessing (hoping) Festival knows the value of their employees and treats them well and in turn, they treat their customers well. Thank you!

I've learned to trust Festival for customer service. If they don’t have an item on my list in stock, they actually call and ask how they can make it right. Another product, or just a delete from the list. I can always get in the same day if I send my order in the morning. Those things are very important to me.
