Really good experience with Fetch so far. I have had countless packages delivered on time. I was hesitant to use it first but really like it. I can schedule to have packages dropped off when I’m actually home. They are almost always able to deliver the same day they receive it. They lost one package and were very quick to make it right

I contacted them last week about a string of thefts in my apartment after one of their employees was acting suspiciously. She had a partner with her. This happened again today. I asked to have the person knock so I could sign for the package. Neither happened. This company hires thieves and is apparently okay with theft.

Read the recent reviews if you want to really know what this service is like. Absolutely terrible - they lose packages, delay packages, and don’t even accept certain packages and yet your apartment building uses Fetch, you will be forced to get delivery through it. There is no longer any purpose of Amazon next day shipping given Fetch won’t deliver it to you on time. I hate it. Fetch has made my shipping experience horrible.

Unfortunately my apartment requires the resident to use Fetch for packages. I’ve lost several packages values hundreds of dollars. The courier left the packages to Fetch with photos and Fetch said they’ve searched thoroughly but can’t find it pls check with the courier and no more. I’ve decided to move to another apartment, somewhere the courier can deliver to door.

Packages gets delayed, lost. Unfortunately a required delivery service jn our building. A waste of money.

I despise this app and the whole concept, my apartment complex forces us to pay for this regardless of if we wanted to or not. This whole service is just a delay for all shipped items. Amazon one day delivery? No you have to wait for them receive it and maybe if you’re lucky you get it the next day. And somehow they deliver packages incorrectly here also, there is consistency in their delivery this service is really just a scam

Honestly they took away the feature that shows the name and picture of the person delivering which is ridiculous because they has been thieves and packages missing. There is NO contact number directly and it’s so hard and frustrating trying to get into contact with anyone. Its ridiculous

Terrible service, I use it because the condominium requires me to, but they never deliver the packages on time and it takes a long time to process them.

I have nothing new to add— all of the other one star reviews should cover the issues. It’s so dumb to require residents to PAY for this service.
