I despise this app and the whole concept, my apartment complex forces us to pay for this regardless of if we wanted to or not. This whole service is just a delay for all shipped items. Amazon one day delivery? No you have to wait for them receive it and maybe if you’re lucky you get it the next day. And somehow they deliver packages incorrectly here also, there is consistency in their delivery this service is really just a scam

Fetch adds at least a day to your delivery times if you’re lucky. If you’re unlucky they’ll deliver your packages to the wrong place. Closing the facility at 5pm makes it impossible for any normally working person to accept a package

Probably the worst package service I’ve been FORCED to use…..my property management company never bothered to inform me ALL deliveries are contracted through this service. So today I had an 8000 insurance settlement check I’ve waited 2 months for returned to sender due to them putting my actual address where I pay my rent. Now I have to wait possibly 2 weeks on money I’ve already waited months for. Also I scheduled a pick up yesterday for 3 packages the door says 9-6. Me & 5 other people were there at 5pm & nobody was there. I came back at 9:30 today & stayed 40 minutes & no “workers” ever showed up. You can’t call anyone & the professionalism is nonexistent….Thats not to mention two packages from a week ago that said delivered but were never actually received. If your perspective building has a contract with Fetch save yourself unnecessary heartache & issues & DO NOT MOVE THERE! I am beyond furious with this experience

Package was sent to wrong address. Been trying to get ahold of support and they have been non responsive to emails. I have been trying to find a customer support phone number but no luck.

Our property management team has signed up for their services. We are forced to pay a monthly fee, and we cannot choose a delivery carrier other than USPS to handle our packages. We pay for Amazon Prime, and we do not get our packages when needed. The only good thing I have to say about the company, and why it gets two stars and not one, is their customer service employees are super nice considering they have zero control over my packages being delivered late… every time.

Keep Amazon delivery. Don’t use fetch. Lost package many times.

Fetch causes churn by acting as a middleman between stores and my location. There are delays in delivery and lost packages. Some stores even refuse to deliver to the Fetch address, and Fetch isn’t providing a solution.

They force you to pay for this at my apartment. Just a scam to get another $240/year out of you

Packages are often delayed/not picked up during the scheduled time. Customer service is useless and doesn’t do anything. You can only communicate via email- so no timely responses. And the app is glitchy. I wish my apartment just let us have packages delivered directly.

More times than not, I choose a delivery window only for the delivery to get cancelled with no warning (during the delivery window).
