Still can’t sign in
Lodged a complain about my inability to access the app after change of number due to migration. Was told my account has been updated with the new number so can access the app. But once I key in my number and account number, then there’s an error pop up. Please try and help us fix this because it is really frustrating. The app was very efficient when I was in Ghana but here in abroad, it has become difficult even to login. HELP PLEASE, HELP !!!
