Ordered with them “after construction cleaning” and i was unlucky actually to find this thing (as i can’t call it company). I scheduled appointment in the last days of Ramadan, they sent me 2 unprofessional guys with ZERO cleaning materials & tools, once they entered the apartment they started to smoke then started to have fight with each other and one of them left. Then this guy he told me “we will have to charge you one more service “sticker removal” additional (later on I discovered that this service included in my service supposedly as its the highest). Moving forward, The other guy stayed and used the towel and broom that i had there in the apartment, of course he didn’t manage to clean anything, so after couple of hours left the site promising us to come next day (1 day before Eid) & bring proper cleaning tools and materials to continue tomorrow “as he was tired working alone”. He came next day as promised but again nothing for cleaning “cause apparently he was outsourced and the company know nothing about him” after wasting our time and his time again left promising AGAIN that he will come after Eid holiday, but this time he instead to take the payment “after construction cleaning” + “sticker removal” so unfortunately I paid him fully. After Eid I contacted them and they kept saying we will check! we will reschedule! send us photos from the apartment! Cause they didn’t know except after 5 days that one guy (representing them came and took money) And apparently at the end it was some tricks just to not do the service in a proper professional way. By the way i have photos, all the discussion over the whatsapp, screenshot of the payment done and the mobile number of the cleaner came. To end it up their “customer service” they refused/hide/ignored to call and discuss with me (to face me) until this moment. Im more than happy to receive anyone call to give the real experience i had with those people to save anyone from them. I wish to anyone/company trying to build their business in tricking people to close (bankruptcy) to be lesson. Be professional, respect urself, ur client and do proper business.

I ordered three staff for deep cleaning. They came super tired and unwilling to work. They slack around and they don’t do the most basic of the cleaning tasks. They’re so unprofessional, untrained and they keep on growling and complaining. The staff have a poor attitude and they left the house messy and unclean.

I had to fill several time the order note it disappear when i moved to next step. Also i was told on the phone ill get the 50% on total services in application only used one order Also it mentioned the50% whn i filled the ateps last step mentioned max use of 100 !!!!

Non-professional and I don't recommend for anyone. They have zero understanding about commitment, customer satisfaction and people privacy. The only solution they have is to cancel you appointment is the last minute and it doesn't matter how this will impact your plans

Not professional and am not advising any one to use And my complaint with customer service not solved

خدمة نظافة سيئة للغاية ، ولما ابلغت الادارة ان العاملة ادائها غير جيد لم يهتموا حتى بالرد لن اتغامل مع الشركة مرة اخرى

They lazy , only looking to grab your money for very useless service, they never respond to your feedback, I hate days when I called them

Worst service ever, unprofessional and untrained janitors in addition to useless customer support. Won’t try again

I tried them to clean but actually they did not came with their equipments I asked them to clean specific things more than one time and they did not. They damaged 2 walls at my home Their supervisor is not qualified at all Even after I sent a complaint there was no respectful reply!!!! They just said we can send another team!
