Bought a Air Conditioner and it didn’t work. They told to contact the manufacturer and they sent a AC that didn’t work.

This app is HORRIBLE!!!! I have not been able to log in for over a year because of the vicious login cycle. Enter your username and password, then it’s sends to you the two-factor text page. Once you enter the code, you’re directed right back to the login page. UGH! Save yourself time and just go to the website.

The reason I gave this a is because you have to have a certain card to pay your bill and everyone bank doesn’t have them card they have a different card
