Four | Buy Now, Pay Later

This is probably one of if not, the best pay in four app. It’s easy to use, a straight forward process, and very convenient!

First they give you a limit you can’t even use. Then they wait until AFTER you’ve paid for the membership to tell you there are things you can’t purchase. Then they say you can cancel anytime and continue enjoying the app until the subscription ends. Well HELLO you’ve charged me for it so why wouldn’t I get to use it!!!! I paid for Four + and canceled in less than 5 mins, because it wasn’t until after I was charged it said I could onto use it at the store for certain things.

I downloaded the app and was excited to use it. I’ve NEVER had a problem with any other pay in 4 apps but this one. I was initially approved for a $2000 spending limit. Upon trying to place a $800 purchase it stated “although you are approved for $2000 spending limit we have to right to not approve certain purchases. Please try to purchase something cheaper” so basically they lie and say you have a certain spending limit and you don’t. They will choose to decline the purchase without any valid reason. Definitely false advertising. It’s a waste of time. I would suggest using other apps such as Sezzle. This app is terrible.

I use to love this app. I have $2000 spending limit and four was really go to because all other apps denied me. I have been using four faithfully and even spread the word around for ppl to get it. Idk where things took a turn for the worst. I normally use it around the holidays to buy gifts because i have a huge immediate family but now all it ever tells me is the order can not be approved! Since when did four even approve and deny orders? I’ll tried all type of amounts. Which shouldn’t even matter because it never mattered before. I use to make orders with different merchants within the same day and everything worked out fine. Why change something great and make it so difficult. Stop trying to be like these other apps! That is what set yall apart from them. Even my boyfriend is getting the same message and he always paid them back. And now his is getting denied too! Yall done added tjisbcrap for $9.99 to get access to different stores that was once AVAILABLE for everyone! The monkey see monkey do stuff gotta stop cause why? Yall got greedy and your app is horrible now.

Every time I try and place an order and use on of the provided cards, the card is not valid or cannot be verified and I am unable to complete the order. Customer service is non-existent and I am unable to get any kind of support.

I have been using this app for 2 years no issues. Lately they have had major accounting issues. I pay all my payments every week. They decided to reverse payments and charge me two weeks later after realizing they messed up. I don’t like to owe money so I pay. Tonight, same issue AGAIN and yes I have reached out to customer service with their AI responses. I had two orders reversed not 3 but they added another payment that I already paid and wasn’t reversed. Seriously, get it together or I’m deleting my account and blocking my card!

I just started using Four and they gave me a limit that I cannot use. They will only approve a portion of the limit they give. So beware, the high limits seem nice but they will only approve 1/4 of the limit amount. I decided to pay them early so I can get rid of them.

Awesome company easy to use. Even people that don’t have the best credit they give you a chance. Everyone deserves nice things in life. Some of us are less fortunate and can’t fork out 1000s of dollars. This company is fair, the customer service is fast and friendly. The payments are reasonable and they don’t try to kill you with interest. I needed a fridge for my house and these guys made it possible for me and my family. From the bottom of my heart me and my family thank you very much! You guys are awesome and I will be using y’all a lot! Thank you for the opportunity y’all give people.
