RailAir sold us a ticket at 9:04am for a 9:21 service that was cancelled with no notice. We were left waiting in a parking lot.

Hate the new home page
So the new update is supposed to be easier!? Really. Better than having a list of my favourite stops. This is dreadful. At least give us the option of being able to save and go back to our original home screens. You are taking service backwards.
Garbage
Unless you are very familiar with all the areas listed this app is useless. For a first time traveller to England this app is no help to me at all.
Wrong timings!
Always giving the wrong timings and I keep missing my bus because of it! App timings don't match what's posted on bus stands
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
I’ve used a lot of bus and public transport apps having lived in London and honestly think this is one of the most unnecessarily complicated apps I’ve ever used. It’s literally impossible to find live bus information or plan routes and is reliant on you knowing if you’re travel NW or SE bound- which I don’t. They should go back to the drawing board and figure out what users need.
Don’t use it is rubbish
Every time I try to find a bus it just goes “technical issue please refresh” please fix this
Not accurate
Supposedly shows live times of busses - however services are cancelled and not updated on the app. The Bus Checker app is much more accurate regarding live departure times.
Stops your audio playing
Your new brand identity video that plays when the app opens stops any audio playing on the device, despite your little animation not having any audio itself. That's unacceptable, and you should fix it.
Latest update
The app is great, but I’m dropping a star because when you load the app up, for whatever reason it pauses my music while the new animated logo plays
Bit clunky
It’s tough navigating round to see all the tickets available but when you find the right one it’s seamless to use.
