I’ve used a lot of bus and public transport apps having lived in London and honestly think this is one of the most unnecessarily complicated apps I’ve ever used. It’s literally impossible to find live bus information or plan routes and is reliant on you knowing if you’re travel NW or SE bound- which I don’t. They should go back to the drawing board and figure out what users need.
Every time I try to find a bus it just goes “technical issue please refresh” please fix this
Supposedly shows live times of busses - however services are cancelled and not updated on the app. The Bus Checker app is much more accurate regarding live departure times.
Your new brand identity video that plays when the app opens stops any audio playing on the device, despite your little animation not having any audio itself. That's unacceptable, and you should fix it.
The app is great, but I’m dropping a star because when you load the app up, for whatever reason it pauses my music while the new animated logo plays
It’s tough navigating round to see all the tickets available but when you find the right one it’s seamless to use.
Live services not showing since update over weekend
so i usually get on the buss after school with my friend and i was supposed to pay £2 for both but he charged me £3.80 . I heard the beep and told the man and he said it didn’t work but it clearly did !! the app works really well but the staff are terrible !!!

What have you done, man!? Was absolutely fine the way it was. Just takes longer to see when the bus is now, not kuch use when in a rush. Change it back, rapid. Edit. They’ve changed again for no real reason and surprise surprise made it even worse. Go back to original version, it was miles better. Edit 2.0 They’ve changed again and the original version is still, by far, the best haha! Changed so live buses aren’t shown together, just next st that stop shows. So you need to press another button to find what one you’re after for real time tracking. Genuinely used to be so good this app. Please stop changing it for changing sake. Every update seems to add another step to finding bus. Used to be instant, now you’re 5 clicks from finding out.
