Worst app I have ever used

Does not work. Might as well and go ahead and ch age banks.

Worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t need to go into detail, because everyone else already has. It’s beyond pathetic. Don’t waste your time.

I haven’t been able to view my own bank account for about 4 months. It always says error and when I redownload it it just says failure to load or “internal error.” How can a bank have an app that is obviously so underdeveloped. It’s a joke a serious joke. The fact these places handle our money is another joke

Why is your app always down? You have 80 billion in assets and are unable to implement a stable app?? I have personal and business accounts with your company and am on the verge of moving them to a company that can handle mobile banking.

Why would a bank have an app in 2022 that won’t let you do a mobile check deposit? I could put up with it being super clunky but to also not have functionality? Not acceptable.

The login process (which conveniently always forgets my login ID at the most inconvenient time) is now completely broken. Someone should check if the recent changes to the Personal First Horizon app (the ones around the new authentication flow) broke this app. What used to work a few weeks ago (simply entering my username) is now 100% broken.

I just finished telling customer service that using both the app and the online banking platform is like traveling back in time to 2008 — clunky and difficult to use and lacking all functionality for a streamlined banking experience. I’m seriously considering changing banks because this app is that bad.

It never works!!!

Not saying this is THE worst, just the worst i’ve ever seen.
