Ever wanted to hate a bank more than you thought possible? Let me introduce you to TVFCU. Every purchase you make they will annoy you with the stupid fraud alert calls. Then even after clearing that alert they payment still won’t go through. They want you to download some stupid live stream app to talk to a person on the phone!!!! Like really???? Just do your banking in person at that point. It’s my money I shouldn’t have to beg them to let me spend it. Use literally any other bank please

Everyone gives the best customer service! I don’t feel like an idiot when I ask questions about finance and my future goals. My money is ready upon deposit. I don’t have to wait till the next business day after 2pm to use my money. The best financial establishment in my opinion.! The perks are awesome as well!

The bill pay portion will f this app was a hot mess when first ported over. There are still numerous issues such as getting e-bills from some providers (this used to work very well). Two providers that continue to fail the e-bill config: Verizon and AT&T. There’s also now the ability to add a second login for the same account. No more sharing credentials between spouses. However, the bill pay, once again, proves flawed in this new feature. The bills that are created on the first login are not shared with the second login. Spouses cannot mutually manage the bills. They can’t even see the bills that the other has set up. If both spouses set up a bill payment, neither can see each other’s activity until the payment has processed. This is a huge disappointment. The bill pay details should be tied to the account, not the login.
