They make you pay full payments now no matter if they are overcharging you and the don’t take payments over the phone now

This app makes it easy to navigate the needs of every day renters, all in one place.

Asks to save login but doesn’t. Need to go through terms and conditions EVERY TIME. Once this has been done once, it should be noted that it does not need doing again. Crashes in the middle of doing something and need to restart. Needs to be fixed… badly.

I like using the app to review and pay rent/utilities. And if I needed maintenance ( I haven’t yet)

The app is for the most part very simple to navigate and helpful.

Makes us late on rental every single month, worst experience Ive ever had. We finally paid through apple pay. It wont verify our account at all. We have a credit card on file but it never processed.

This made paying my rent so much easier!
